To assist in prompt dispatch, please use the correct product codes and descriptions as supplied on this website. Orders can be sent by telephone, by post or via the order form on this website.

FREE UK Delivery-Orders Over £60

Orders totalling £60 or more will be sent free of charge. Deliveries are sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service for delivery in approx 5 business days.

STANDARD UK Delivery-Orders Under £60

Standard UK Delivery is charged at £2.95 for orders under £60 (not incl. shipping).


We also offer a UK priority service which is usually delivered in 2-3 working days for a fee of only £3.95

UK Next Day Service

A next day service (Monday to Friday only) is available to UK addresses for £5.99. Next Day orders must be received by 1:30pm and will be delivered the next working day. Next Day orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday (except for Bank Holiday Mondays) and delivered on Tuesday.

Please note, Next Day delivery service requires someone to be present in order to sign for your parcel.
(NB. Next Day service does not deliver on Saturdays or Bank Holidays)

International Costs and Delivery

For international costs and delivery times, please enter your delivery information in the delivery tab and your cost will be calculated based on your location and the products you have ordered.

A tracking reference will be emailed once your order is despatched.

**We cannot guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your local Customs Office. Please also note that the recipient is solely responsible for payment of any tax, customs/brokerage fees or import duties, if any.**


All returns and exchanges are subject to our normal conditions as per below.

You can return any part of any order within 28 days of receipt of your goods for a refund or exchange.

We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact and unworn. We cannot refund or exchange items where tickets or tags have been removed.

To make a return:

Fill in the returns form enclosed with your order
Package your items carefully, with each item in its original condition and all labels attached

We recommend that you send returns by recorded delivery and keep proof of postage. Returns are sent at your expense.

What happens next?

We will send you an email to confirm that your return has been processed and your card has been refunded (or exchanged).
Please note; it can take a few more days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time.

Reservation of title

The risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier, but the TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever account or grounds to us.
